Cowork at work

30 requirement requests from the teams. One task, and Cowork takes over.

Your time: one task and one answer. Cowork’s time in the example: about a quarter of an hour.

Read the sequence as text

An example from everyday office work: the teams have sent their requirements for 2027, thirty requests in different forms – as text in the email, or as a spreadsheet or PDF attachment. Everything has to go into the company portal NOVABÜRO. You give Cowork access to mail and the company portal and write in the chat: “The 2027 requirement requests are in, thirty emails from the teams. Please enter everything in the company portal and send me an overview.”

Cowork opens the email from the Sales Hamburg team, reads the attached spreadsheet and enters the items with their cost centre in the company portal. It works through the remaining requests in fast motion while the clock runs from 10:14 to 10:30. The Purchasing team sends a correction: Cowork replaces the old figure of five items with seven. Meanwhile, you are free.

At 10:30, Cowork reports in the chat: “Done: 28 of 30 entered. 2 teams are missing details.” Logistics Leipzig gave no cost centre, Marketing sent two different quantities. Cowork asks whether it should follow up and attaches an overview. You answer yes. Cowork writes to both teams and adds the reply from Leipzig as soon as it arrives.

For management and IT

What your company gains

  • Relief when emails and cases pile up.
  • More time for demanding and creative work.
  • Usually no new interface: Cowork operates your existing programs.
  • Control over rights and approvals, with every step in the audit log.

Security

You decide what Cowork may do.

So you stay in control, even when Cowork works on its own.

  1. Protected access

The Credentials Engine inserts login data directly. The AI model never receives it.

  2. Limited access

Only to the programs and files you approve.

  3. Second review

A second AI model reviews risky steps before they are carried out.

  4. Your decision

If the review stops a step, you decide.

Second review
The review model assesses risky steps before Cowork carries them out. If it rejects a step, the step is presented to you with a reason. The review complements permissions and checking the results; it does not replace them.
Permissions
Cowork only receives the access and folders you approve. Being allowed to organise files does not mean being allowed to delete them.
Traceability
Steps and approvals are recorded in the history and the audit log. We agree scope and retention before deployment.
Contracts
A data processing agreement including technical and organisational measures is available on request.
