We saw in day-to-day operations how much time disappears into recurring support cases, routine work, and approval-heavy standard tasks. That is where the product thesis started: modern AI should be useful in real operations, not just interesting.

The team behind nordnung.ai comes from SecureVibe IT Solutions GmbH in Hamburg — an IT service provider that doesn't know support from theory but runs it every day.
The trigger came from our own operations: more than half of all support hours went into recurring routine cases like password resets, onboarding and permissions. Instead of just hiring more people, we automated that routine in a controlled way — first for ourselves.
That is why the numbers on this site are not an extrapolation: they come from 1,348 real, individually classified customer tickets since July 2023. And because we come from hands-on IT operations, we treat approvals, security, hosting in Germany and GDPR as the foundation from day one, not as an afterthought.

The story of nordnung.ai is not a linear pitch story. It emerged from concrete work. Off Problems that occur often enough to become expensive. And from the conviction that modern AI only then becomes relevant when it fits neatly into operational reality.

The first impulse was not to market an AI product. The first impulse was to reduce the burden on our own support in places where workflows were repeatable, diagnosable, and operationally responsible.
