IT operations have to be predictable, fast, and controllable. nordnung.ai grew out of the day-to-day operations of SecureVibe IT Solutions GmbH in Hamburg, not out of a trend deck.

Today's AI models are capable enough to do real work inside a company. Our mission follows from that: two steps, one result.
Step one
From answering to executing.
In most companies, AI still stops at answering: the model writes, a person copies it into the system. We give the AI colleague controlled access to real systems so it executes instead of only answering. Without access, AI stays a chat window.
Step two
Limits as strong as the model.
Capability without limits is not autonomy, it is risk. So we draw limits as strong as the model itself: permissions per agent, human approval, audit log, and kill switch. Our view from IT security: access only comes with control. Hosted in Germany, built for GDPR.

Optimizing IT operations.
Together, this makes the AI colleague part of IT operations: it handles IT work like a colleague, from tickets to audits, resolves standard cases in minutes instead of in the queue, and works around the clock. The IT team wins back the time that today sits in tickets, for projects, security, and decisions.
Built from our own IT practice.
The trigger came from our own operations: more than half of all support hours went into recurring standard cases: password resets, onboarding, permissions. Instead of hiring more people, we built an AI colleague that handles this work under control. First for ourselves.
That is why our numbers are not projections: they come from 1,348 real, individually classified customer tickets, operating hours since 2023. nordnung.ai has run in our own IT operations since July 2026.
Because we come from operational IT, approvals, security, hosting in Germany, and GDPR are the foundation from day one, not an afterthought. Control over arbitrariness.
