IT support has to be predictable, fast, and controllable. nordnung.ai grew out of the day-to-day operations of SecureVibe IT Solutions GmbH in Hamburg — not out of a trend deck.
Origin
Built from our own IT practice.
The trigger came from our own operations: more than half of all support hours went into recurring routine cases — password resets, onboarding, permissions. Instead of hiring more people, we automated the routine under control. First for ourselves.
That is why our numbers are not projections: they come from 1,348 real, individually classified customer tickets since July 2023.
Because we come from operational IT, approvals, security, hosting in Germany, and GDPR are the foundation from day one — not an afterthought. Control over arbitrariness.
