What we build
nordnung.ai targets the IT support tickets that hold 56% of our support hours, as our analysis of 1,348 real tickets shows, password resets, onboarding, permissions, and beyond that the ticketless operational work: updates, maintenance, recurring routines. Support tickets are the entry point, not the limit. All of it with clearly scoped autonomous agents. Controlled, traceable and hosted in Germany. AI automation is shifting from experiment to operating decision, and whoever automates that load auditably now is on the right side.

How we work with investors
