What we build
nordnung.ai handles IT work like a colleague: taking and resolving tickets, running audits and fixing the findings, onboarding and offboarding employees, plus the ticketless operational work such as updates and maintenance. Measured on 1,348 real tickets, 56% of our support hours sit in tickets that can be automated; the target is more than 80% of IT operations. All of it with clearly scoped autonomous agents, controlled, traceable and hosted in Germany. We start with enterprise IT operations.
Why us
nordnung.ai is built from real operations, by a team with years in IT management, operations and security. Our moat is not the model, it is the control around it plus a per-customer knowledge base built from real tickets, exactly what US tools struggle to rebuild under EU compliance.

We fund ourselves from operating cash flow and are not running a funding round. We are open to accelerators and to strategic partners from IT, security and consulting who bring more than capital: doors to enterprise customers, market access and experience.
